After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you another email with a tracking link. You can also check the progress anytime on our Track Order page.
How long is the order handling time?
We process and prepare orders within up to 5 working days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pickup is not available at the moment.
Which courier/shipping service do you use?
For orders within New Zealand, we ship with NZ Post, and for orders within Australia, we use Australia Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the delivery address as requested. Please reach out to us via our Contact Form for assistance.
Yes, absolutely. We use trusted third-party payment processors that are PCI-compliant, the highest level of payment security certification. This means your card details are encrypted and handled safely to protect your information at every step.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for products in resalable condition (unopened, undamaged packaging, with all accessories, parts, and manuals included).
Please note, returns are not accepted for:
Opened or used consumable products (e.g., cosmetics, supplements).
Clearance items (including products with short expiry dates).
Products clearly marked as non-refundable for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you receive the wrong product, we’ll cover the return postage and send you the correct item promptly.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. However, if you’re returning an item for a refund (not due to our mistake), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
